  1. Hydroponic Micro greens

 These are basically the young small vegetables consisting of roots, stems and cotyledon leaves.

  • Leaves and stems are concentrated with the nutrients which makes them a potent super food.
  • They are the only true leaves produced from the seedlings of the vegetables and herbs which are about 2-3 inch tall.

a). Baby Spinach

These are young spinach (Spinach oleracea) that farmers harvest during the early stages of plant growth, in just between 15-35 days after the sowing of the seeds.

These smaller leaves are much tender and sweet in flavour than the mature ones.
